Dzhama omarov, 31 июля 2021 в 18:46:22 # Unlike Indego robot I’m not happy with this app. The bugs and mistakes that I’ve found:
1) After closing the app (one home swipe) you will have to type in your login and password again. Even if you open the app in seconds after closing
2) Several bugs when text is not shown in “Smart Mowing” or “Contact us” sections
3) Plenty English to Russian translation mistakes
4) Notifications does not support Russian language
5) Smart Mowing timetable is resetting itself sometimes.

Most of the things I’ve wrote in the email and sent to Bosch. service email more than a month ago. If we look at history of updates of this app we could see that an update is released about every 2-3 months which I find is extremely rare.
All in all, I think that app team should be more enthusiastic about their product and the programmers should react much faster on emerging problems (not to mention testing newly released versions). Ответить
