• Ridal s., 27 апреля 2021 в 07:07:57   # Very insightful and enjoyable reading. A lot about marketing, about consulting titans, but also about relations, passions and learnings. Bill is definitely a marketer of a consulting firm - same attention to tiny details and nuances of his career and personal life. A lot of very lively dialogues, feels like you touched the very intimate thinkings of this fantastic man.
  A lot of optimism, be it jokes on Italians, or decision to divorce.
  A lot of serious marketing and business stuff like dimensions, secondary/primary demand, bringing emotions to concepts and knowledge management.
  Most of all, what I didn’t expect to find in a book of a marketing guru, and what I totally loved and re-read several times are the parts about systems dynamics, systems thinking and supply chain management.
  Indeed, life and business are very complex creatures, you shall not approach them with static, discrete frameworks. Everything and everyone moves, situations change - all this requires to apply dynamic thinking.
  Quoting Bill: we need to “Change paradigm by building a model which takes us outside the system and forces us to see the whole”.
  Great book from a great man you can learn a lot from!
