• Warlodofkaa, 06 марта 2020 в 14:00:11   # Everything was perfect with this app until I Bought 3 tickets on the train and fully paid them. Bought it from the same credit card that I used before. After some time received an email that my transaction “was caught up in our automated security we were unable to validate the details provided and require more information to complete your booking”. They asked me to send a bank statement, I sent it and didn’t received any reply on it. On train, when my tickets were checked by train conductor, she said that they were canceled and I need to buy a new ones (for the high price of course). When I tried to call in the support - every time when the Trainline support asked me to send my details and an email address - connection was lost and this happened 5-6 times in a row. In late evening their support stop working at all. So it already second day of my trip and I still didn’t received nor money nor a reply on my (already) SECOND email! So it’s really terrible experience I faced with this app. Be careful. Ответить
