Like before you took my money, and like before the book I paid for never arrived. The pop-up window freezes and nothing happens. But you are fine - you got my money. Where is my book?
    This time apologies from you are not enough - I demand compensation for your horrible attitude to your clients. I have a course to teach tomorrow morning and I have no book. I demand you solve the issue immediately because I want my book now.

    UPDATE: it took Oxford Learners Bookshelf 12! days to respond to my letter. I sent you all the details of the payment. I still dont have the e-book I paid for 2 weeks ago? What are you doing to clients? What’s wrong with you?     Ответить

But there are still some issues. Not all exercises can be done in the app, so you have to write them down. Sometimes correct answers are marked as incorrect. And my biggest issue is that there is no iPhone version. Ответить
