On the day our driver didn’t turn up & after effortless phone calls/e-mails to the office we had to urgently ask our friends to give us a lift to the airport. We nearly missed our flight (not what you want when travelling with 2 young children!) Only after 12 hours we received a respond from the manger that driver “didn’t head towards the agreed pick up point” & an offer of 1000 points towards our next journey: shocking service & appalling communication: AVOID if you can! The drivers started to be unresponsoble. They may cansel the trip by their own will, they may stay one the one place and wait for you near the cafe because they have breakfast...
And this service did’t bring the money back. The took 45€ and not for the trip!i just saw that they pick up the money from my card without any answer and explanation! 45€! I wrote everywhere I could, but no answer-Facebook, instagram, email. They never answer when you claim, and don’t have a service support by phone. And the drivers using that. Well. If you want to make your life unpredictable-go ahead! And use it! Ответить

Besides the fact that on the info I received with a car number and picture of my driver, it was COMPLETELY different person as I found out later. No one knows anything and they’re not here to help customers. In Paris use only G7 taxi, not this fraud company Ответить
Chegevarochkin, 17 марта 2020 в 10:34:49 # Прилетели в CDG, заказали, назначили машину и место, приходим и не видим машины, а приложение показывает что он стоит ждёт в метре от нас, облазили округу, позвонили, отправили смс - тишина, нет его. Соответственно время якобы«ожидания» истекло и списали (читай украли) около 10 евро. Занавес. Ответить
