  • Philanek Philanek, 02 февраля 2024 в 04:09:58   # Not recommended. Went to Paris and decided to use the G7 app. Entered the card, called the ride. The app withdrew 50 euros from my card as pre-authorization.

    The driver “arrived”, but I couldn’t find him and the app didn’t let me call him. He later called me and told the exact exit number where he was “waiting” for me, but he wasn’t there and never called back.

    After 20 minutes he cancelled the ride, charging 9 euros for waiting time. And the app never returned the pre-authorization money.

    Use regular urban taxis to get from the airport and stick to Bolt or Uber inside the city. Will never use G7 again.     Ответить
