Ascal218, 31 января 2023 в 07:04:19 # Not a long ago I got message from Brilliant where I was told, that my account was deactivated with a claim that I was content scrapping and I should cancel my 1-year subscribtion which I afforded 5 days earlier. I feel flattered that load of questions and solutions learned by me alone was instantely claimed as “content scrapping” by your systems, but being asked to cancel my annual subscribtion without any proofs of using the content outside normal use is beyond acceptable. I used to recomend this app to the people surrounding me as a program which was helping me improve my problem-solving skills in the hardest problems for a year and I’m not longer seing if it is possible in future. I’m competent enough to contact Brilliant to solve this problem. Not everyone have possibilities to repond to this problem appopriately and errors like this may stop growth of entire civilisations in the world, especially in developing countries where there are people, seeking any way possible to increase well-being of the world. Thank you for your attention

Впервые за мои 22года у меня появилась уверенность что я могу понять технические дисциплины, осознание что это не тупая, а метод объяснения школьными учителями просто мне не подходил. Удалила на телефоне все игры и в свободное время прохожу уроки, моя жизнь стала намного интересней! Спасибо вам огромное! Когда появится альтернативный способ оплаты, все деньги без зазрения совести спущу сюда! Ответить

That jeopardises a whole purpose of the app. The clear message content creators send to users is “I don’t really give a damn, just pay me”.

Explanations in “difficult” courses should be as illustrative, as detailed, tailored and clear as in simple ones. Otherwise the app could be replaced with a simple and convenient BOOK, which would explain everything with an astonishingly superior efficiency. Ответить

If you don’t know the correct answer - there is an explanation on why other answers incorrect and one is correct in a logical way. Ответить

When I wrote to their “support”, my message was simply ignored. So they took money for the service, and run away with them. DECENT PEOPLE DO NOT ACT LIKE THAT. Apple упростила процесс отписки от приложений, но не упростила сам подход. Я хочу попробовать без обязательств.

Когда я выбираю триальный период, а потом удаляю приложение, я не отключаю саму подписку после 7 дней. И это должно уже в конце концов закончится, потому что это обман пользователей и не рассказывайте им про юридическую правоту. Ответить
