When I told him I will not accept it, he said call ZAMATO in very unpleasant way! 3) Contacting custumer service in ZAMATO also very unpleasant, they are not replying on messages long time, and when they replied there is no solution, only I’m sorry from virtual assistant! I don’t recommend use this app as well as I don’t know who did it with the order maybe on the kitchen or maybe the delivery. But be careful. Ответить

Now I’m getting burgers without lettuce, pizza without some addons, salad with no salad... Tried to get in touch with Zomato, but they are saying - try once again and modify that note... but there is no option to modify anything, just to add special cooking instruction to ignore my note for “no salad” and deliver regular dishes. And this special cooking instruction is being ignored by restaurants regularly. Now using Zomato less and less frequently. Ответить

When I’m at home Zomato shows my home location, but restaurants delivers to my work address. It so confusing
It happened to me several times, upset!

Приложение очень сильно проигрывает русскому аналогу (TheVillage Plates) и, оно не догонит его.
