    Really fraud!
    Apartments don’t available, hosts unavailable, you pay your money and tell him goodbye. Because support can’t return your money and fraudster can have your money and don’t do nothing. Apartment which I reserve in Saint-Petersburg in Russia not In Saint-Petersburg. ) they in Moscow. And support don’t help me.
    They don’t return my money. Apple! You must stop this app! It’s fraud app!     Ответить

    After that I was waiting for check inn details from the host who was unavailable.

    Customer care told me not to worry and wait check in time, when I was told them
    That my booking looks like scum.

    After 3 emails to Customer care support and 5 international calls(I’m not from USA)they still can’t cancel my booking and make a refund.

    What I have at least:
    - was charged 300$
    - didn’t get an apartment at all
    - booked another one for last time and spend 525$ more
    - spent 45$ for international calls to customer care
    - had the worst experience ever, cause spent 1000$ for nothing     Ответить
