First I took a scooter and it didn’t open, I finished a ride, wrote to their application service, but they took money for 20 minutes. The second one was just hilarious, I took a scooter, finished my trip, returned it to the station, send them a photo of a finished trip, but a scooted remained with a turned-on engine, I wrote them about the problem, send a picture, but they charged 15000 dinars, I wrote to the apps, to their emails, they don’t answer at all, I still don’t know what to do.
