I have booked a table via this app, which promised me a 30% discount in one restaurant in Lisbon. When I arrived to the restaurant the bar manager told me that “no discount is in the system for my reservation”. Why are you posting this kind of advertising with the lie?

Such a disappointment, the booking was made and confirmed in written by email a day before. But 14th of February at the day of the event just 3 hours before the dinner I got a cancellation!
It’s Valentine’s Day! And it’s a Michelin restaurant How you can do this with people?!? I can’t find a replacement, all restaurants are full

I called to the restaurant, they said “The fork cancelled it because their online system is faulty”

❌ However, my experience with customer support has been very negative:
- They have not been able to solve my issue for over two weeks despite multiple attempts.
- If you don’t reply within a few minutes, the chat gets closed automatically, and each new agent doesn’t know anything about the previous conversation.
- Support is only available during working hours, and outside of that you are left with a chatbot that is frustrating and hard to bypass.
- Even when I spoke with real agents, there was no case tracking system — you cannot properly follow up on your issue.
- Overall, the way their support is organized feels very unhelpful and inefficient. Ответить

Поужинать в самом центре Рима со скидкой 30-40% это кажется нереальным, но мы уже воспользовались приложением 5 раз и все 5 раз без проблем нам сделали скидку. Однозначно рекомендую всем своим друзьям Ответить

Бронировала рестики в Италии, Испании, Великобритании и Австралии, Хорватии, очень удобно. И интерфейс приятнее, чем у трипэдвайзера:) Ответить
