I got a message that taxi driver has switched to a taxi meter before it even arrives, then the ride was cancelled, so I booked another one. Then the app service called me and was being extremely rude to me, saying “why you call another taxi, your car is coming, it’s taxi, not a helicopter”. When I asked why he talks to like that, he just dropped the phone.
  Germany is supposed to be a country with “high level of life” and is that what you call here “service”? I pay 20€ for ten minutes ride and get barely working app and absolutely inappropriate phone talk. Ответить
