• Zeuserich, 22 февраля 2021 в 10:52:50   # Out of 3 orders only one came through and only after another driver cancelled for no reason first.
  
  On another order the driver called me once and before i could answer he cancelled order.
  
  And on the last order the first and the second drivers also cancelled without calling and the third driver who was assign automatically didn’t even bother driving or calling. So i called him and he told me he was staying near some hotel 500 metres away that I didn’t even know existed. He barely spoke English so i sent him a message with my location after which he also cancelled the order. Even so i walked to that hotel using google maps and found dozens of their taxis parked there so i ordered again and unfortunately got that insane driver once more. This time he simply drove away before i found his car, then i called and told him that im near the hotel and he started yelling at me in Dutch.
  
  I ended up asking the parked taxi from their service and while the driver was pleasant and spoke English he literally trippled the tariff compared to what was in their app.
  
  Worth nothing that i had no issues with another service which only has electric cars. Their drivers were on time, spoke English and didn’t cancel.
  
  Avoid this app at all costs.
