Either that or talabat maybe uses illegal workers. And if you think you can get a refund then think twice. They pay the refund to the account balance and force you to use their services again. Why can’t the tell that at least during the first cart add?

They cancelled last orders with the explanation that my place is out of service zone, although it’s has never been changed. They allow making the offer in the app to my address,, accept payment and, then, just simply reject the delivery. This happens at the deliver stage, when you wait for the order 45-60 min. Do you think they return cash? no, the app also does not work in case you need to cash out the amount. Ответить

After 10 mins waiting i understood that my order is still in “submitted” status, not even “being prepared”. After calling to restaurant i got an answer “sorry your order is still not in our system, wait 10-15 mins and Talabat will give us your order”. Timing of delivery and tracking system awful, filter system in app is awful.

1 week before i made order from local restaurant. Showing that it will be delivered in 45 mins. 40 mins passed and i called restaurant as i saw order status “submitted”. In restaurant i received answer “Sorry Talabat didnt submit your order yet”. It was 5 am so i wanted to cancel my order as i was already nearly asleep and i was angry of waiting of my order. Restaurant couldnt cancel my order and they asked me to cancel through Talabat. I couldnt cancel my order by clicking “cancel” and i tried to contact support of Talabat as i wanted my money back immediately. I spent 1 HOUR waiting in chat as it was written “11 people in queue”. 1 hour servicing 11 people - seriously ? After that manager of Talabat just canceled my order: no words of excuse, no credits on account - nothing.

Deliveroo is another service for food delivery - best filters best service best and accurate packaging and delivery. If you have any complaint they immediately return your money and give you complimentary credits on account.
I never wrote reviews but these situations are just unbelievably awful and i couldn’t stand writing review.
Do not use Talabat.

* Again Used talabat after quite a long time, instead of "so said" 15-25 mins delivery, i still didnt get my order after 1,5 hours

The biggest issue that you must have local number and confirm order. Several times you cancel my order just because I had unavailable local number even though I Asked in special request to NOT CONFIRM order and in case anything contact me WhatsApp by other international number. After clear instructions you just don’t mind about my opinion and cancel order.I use it just because other companies don’t cover Saadiyat(AbuDhabi, UAE) yet and first chance I will switch to other delivery company . Believe me if it’s not worth you eat to stay alive skip this service.I hope Talabat will be fair company and let my comment be here in AppStore. Ответить

I reordered and driver took 50 mins and rang to say he was down in lobby,
I went and he was not there and he called me again to say not coming as accident.
