  But today they completely destroyed their reputation. I waited for 2 hours after my order (wait time was indicated as 45 minutes) just to receive a notification from Smood that my order was cancelled! I called the restaurant which informed me that they prepared the meal more than an hour ago but Smood driver simply didn’t show up. And they couldn’t reach Smood customer service, maybe because it’s Friday 11pm and they are too laze to work at this time.
  
  And for this awful service Smood charges additional money!

The app doesn’t give you a contact of the delivery guy, the online tracking doesn’t work, so there is no way to find out what happened with your order! Literally just waisted my money and time. Don’t waste your patience and use other apps like Uber Eats or something.... Ответить

  When I was calling to the call-center, nobody answered me, though it was working hours. The call is not free, so I was charged money.
  
  I was charged twice for the order. And still haven’t received any confirmation from the contact center that I’ll be refunded for this mistake. Ответить
