Сначала одобрили букинг, сняли деньги, а уже потом стали запрашивать несуществующие документы такие как туристическая виза для Российского гражданина! У нас с Эмиратами давно безвизовый режим. В результате бронирование отменили и деньги вернули спустя две недели, вместо заявленных 3-5 рабочих дней и удержали 10% от брони. Потраченное время, нервы и деньги впустую. Ответить

После окончания бронирования начали списывать за каждый день. Иду завтра в полицию расскажу чуть позже чем это закончилось. Отменить не возможно, дозвониться тоже. Очень надеюсь на полицию в Дубае.

Lu neiman, 03 февраля 2024 в 22:13:28 # Остерегайтесь этот сервис! Я арендовала машину на месяц. Увела свою карту. Через месяц, когда подошло время сдачи, стала им звонить и писать, но никто не отвечал. Спустя ровно 30 дней с меня списали деньги еще за месяц!
После чего они объявились!
И сказали, что деньги вернуть не могут, но машину готовы забрать.
Остерегайтесь их! Ответить

They are happy to charge money for nothing, but when it comes to a real situations “sorry, we cannot make it, go to the ***”. They cancelled our reservation because we did not have an international driving license, after they didn’t want to receive money for weeks, and the cherry on a cake was “we charged 10% because it’s your problem. You must have known everything”. What They treat all their customers like that. As long as you give your credit card everyone is happy, but when it comes to the real things, they disappear and become extremely rude with you… Ответить

I drop off car in the end of may, more than 40 days left and no refund. Wrote to service 10 days in a row - no movements, just regular phrases like “we do apologize “
