The payment doesn’t go through only my card isn’t even charged, so it’s most likely the problem is on the app side.
  
  Which isn’t that bad thing as it turns out, since they haven’t sent me my miles 7 month later after the stay, it still is pending.
  
  If you’re wondering what does their support say — nothing, they answer very slowly and don’t have any solution, they either ask to wait or to try again. Both email and phone — one of the worst support centers I’ve seen in any modern applications. Ответить

They admitted the problem (which is more than what’s usually done by todays developers, so 2 stars), but weren’t very eager to hurry up in fixing it. They didn’t offer any bonus either. Just suggested I book with hotel directly.
  
  In the end I lost the rooms I wanted, because I waited for error confirmation for more than 8 hours. Ответить
