My ring first couldn’t be shipped to Russia in November 2021 for my birthday. But they wrote to me that they couldn’t get customs clearance on some tracker in the ring from the Russian authorities and hense no official shipping to Russia is possible (this is to answer some of the complaints I’ve read here).
And the company refunded everything and very quickly upon my first request. It was their suggestion in my situation.
Customser’s support is great - they answer any questions within 1 hour! And help with various inquiries!
Then I ordered my ring to Italy when I moved here after the war - and it came to my birthday on November 13, 2023! A real present! Ответить

Limiting access to the basic data is a move-ton in monetization. You leave no choice and restrict me from using my personal data—big disappointment.

Companies should try to upsell subscriptions with some unique features and not by restricting access to everything.

this is not about the cost of the subscription it is about the attitude to the client Ответить

But after all this time due to the ring often malfunctioning, Oura being unable to send replacement to 3 different (!) countries and the support service that answers longer than an average national postal service of any country… it just doesn’t make much sense in keeping a fight up. It is my third Oura by the way as I like testing devices and every time the results are the same. No accuracy, just some numbers way off the reality… Ответить

Хотя кольцо очень мне нравилось и думала заказать новое, но зашла почитать отзывы и поняла, что не буду рисковать. Придется, видимо, переходить на часы. Ответить

Be careful and don’t waste your money.

P.S. I think they went broke or something cuz 2 years ago things were different, the old ring worked and support replied quite well. My conclusion is also based on Google reviews, people from different countries complain about the same thing.

Неудобно, что приложение Аура не делится данными с другими приложениями, почему нет? Если в другой программе собран бОльший анализ - питание, вода, вес - и при этом все расписано по-русски.
Понятно, что базовый инглиш есть, но хочется то понимать больше и без напряга.
Также хотелось бы получать информацию о пульсе в течение дня без танцев с бубном (через приложение Здоровье), и видеть ее тут же в приложении - ведь замеряется то пульс постоянно на протяжении суток, и пульс и температура.
Мне это нужно, чтобы понимать как организм реагирует на ту или иную еду - так можно отследить непереносимость продуктов. Ответить
