  Please add ability to scan QR code from phone album. Right now it’s only possible to scan from the camera which can be very inconvenient. Ответить

Very hard to find how to make mobile top up, so many unknown options. Check Permata bank, they have much more intuitive Top Up, Favorite management. Although they are still not great.
  2. Qris - why you ask me PIN if I already authorized? Why I still have to enter PIN if I turned on FaceId authorization?
  3. Why your cards don’t work contactless in Bali, any abroad?! Even with contactless chip inside. Why your staff in Bali offices and even your online Help Support don’t know about it anything and provide all the time different and non true information?
