The UX is very well crafted, and I just love the NS brand identity design, and the level over quality of the entire interface of both the app and the website. The underlying system that counts the price of past trips is horrible though. It takes many days for the details of past trips to get computed and displayed properly. It feels like the database is from the 80’s—that runs the NS system. So I am curious when will they upgrade/replace their underlying data model to something modern and instant. Ответить

Самван привиус, 23 марта 2020 в 13:55:31 # Купил билеты через iPad, в приложении не открываются. Только в iPhone. Приходит email, переадресовывает на сайт: там кнопка на скачивание. Приложение на iPad не реагирует. Спасибо, хоть так. Ответить

If you promote the app as an alternative to a ticket machine, then please care to add all the stations that are available on a ticket machine. Ответить
