Sergey saltsev, 14 декабря 2024 в 11:36:37 # It’s not worth buying electronics on this platform. I bought Sony Pulse 3D headphones for my second PlayStation console, already owning the original ones. They look very similar to the real ones, so I unpacked them and threw away the box. Later, it became clear that they are a cheap counterfeit—they aren’t even recognized by the console as a gaming headset. The volume level resets when the console goes into sleep mode. The microphone quality is terrible—it picks up sounds from the speakers, and at maximum headphone volume, it starts to buzz. These headphones are garbage!
My return request was denied because I threw away the box. So the headphones are heading to the trash, right after the box. I don’t recommend buying anything on this platform—selling counterfeits under the guise of original products is unacceptable!
Alright, these are cheap headphones that I’ll simply throw away, but there’s no guarantee you won’t be sold some Chinese junk disguised as a Sony TV or expensive headphones like Bose. And if you find out you’ve been scammed and became a victim of fraud, Noon will deny your return due to missing packaging. There’s absolutely no reason to use this platform’s services!
And by the way, they don’t post negative reviews about sellers. At least, my review about being sold a fake on the platform never showed up. The seller has a 4.9 rating, and there are simply no reviews below 4 stars… Ответить

You are specially CONFUSE your clients, which even don’t know that there are already paying for options which we didn’t sign and no one from your company didn’t ask us to connect it! it is not fare I just made 1 order, and I automatically got membership for 15 AED monthly even if I didn’t sign it I will open for you case and next time only AMAZON, because you are still money without asking of your clients!? and then it was placed to Monday never waited local delivery for 5 days.
There is no option to see when exactly the delivery will be or anything like this, so don’t waste your time and money here, download something else Ответить

And there is an option to pay cash on delivery. I made there a few orders and I’m very happy with delivery and quality of the products. Ответить

Заказал еду, ресторан отменил заказ, так как не было в наличии, прошло два дня, деньги так и не пришли(по их беспонтовым правилам, они сначала возвращаются на баланс, потом через сутки уходят на карту). Написал кое как им в поддержку, сказали разберутся, потом перезвонили сказали деньги вернули на баланс. Проверил баланс, денег нет, пишу опять, пишут что мы уже давно вам вернули, куда бл*ть вернули если час назад, извинялись, что не вернули. В общем не платите им вперед. Отстой. Ответить

Today at almost 10 pm driver called me and said he will deliver tomorrow only or at 1 am. I said it’s not ok and driver called me 5 times and was keeping me on the phone long time telling that it is fine tomorrow I will receive. Thank you very much but I was waiting for this delivery to cook today, not tomorrow. For what I am paying the shipping money if you can’t deliver even in 25 hours? Couldn’t reach the customer service even to make a complaint. Thanks a lot, noon Ответить
