That might sound great, but for the past two weeks the app has been logging my baby’s sleep incorrectly. How can a nighttime wake-up and feeding be recorded as a daytime nap? It also keeps making mistakes with the evening sleep.
  
  My child sleeps from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., yet the camera reports sleep from 10 p.m. to 3 a.m., with the rest split into random fragments. On top of that, the “AI” responses are low quality, and when I email support I get an auto-reply saying that channel no longer works.
  
  I’m paying for this service and not getting what I’m supposed to receive. So why roll out new features if you can’t maintain the basics? Ответить
