Vasiliio, 16 апреля 2026 в 23:44:46 # It is quite surprising and disappointing that Vietnam’s largest mobile operator does not support the English language in the app interface.
Vietnam welcomes millions of tourists and has a growing community of expats and foreign residents who rely on Viettel for mobile services. Without English support, it is very difficult (and sometimes impossible) for us to fully use important functions like checking balance, buying packages, eKYC verification, or understanding promotions — we have to rely on screen translators like Google Lens, which is not always accurate or convenient.
This limitation is one of the main reasons why many international users (including myself) consider switching to another operator that offers better support for English-speaking customers.
Please add a full English language option (at least for the main menus, key features, and support sections) in the next update. It would greatly improve the app for tourists, expats, and international visitors, make Viettel more competitive, and likely earn higher ratings from us. Ответить
