I open app and see only “An error occurred while downloading application theme”. Please solve this problem. Ответить

If I forget my password, I’m offered to create a new one which required me to go to the Raiffeisen office to get an activation code. Ridiculous. Why can’t I just request a password reset link for the existing account as 99,9% services in the world do?

Overall UX/UI is horrible. Unnecessary, ambiguous steps and everything like that.

Please, hire 1-2 normal UI/UX engineers which are highly available on Serbian job market this year. And make your app at least usable. Currently it is of very little use. Ответить

After changing your phone, you can’t just log in with your username and password — you have to call the bank. And after I finally managed to log in, it tells me ‘wrong PIN,’ even though I never entered one — I’m using Face ID! Please, don’t be greedy. Hire competent developers and pay them properly. Ответить

Feature requests: - Please also add chat support and easy transfer by phone or cart number. - when order virtual card, don’t need to come to the branch. Just immediately add cart to app and share me card requisites - all card requisites should be available in app - add funds to app. Now it only in web version - let me transfer to/from funds in app like a regular transfer between accounts Ответить
