I bought a brand new music speaker on the island of Bali last year, after 6 months of work, the volume and power of the battery began to drop sharply, by the 10th month the battery is almost not working! My device works for a maximum of 15 minutes, and then turns off, with a completely discharged battery! I have a receipt and a warranty card! I took the device to the warranty workshop, there they told me that the repair will take at least 2 months ❗️ They need to take my speaker to Jakarta from Bali, there they will think, maybe they will repair it, maybe not! There was no confidence in their eyes! I told them that I needed the device for the New Year and in countries like the USA or Germany, the device is immediately replaced with a new one if there is a warranty, they laughed and said that in Indonesia everything is different! the sound of the device is great, but there are big problems with batteries, and a very bad and unfriendly attitude towards users in Indonesia! keep this in mind, friends :) Ответить
