Даниил лобунцов, 16 апреля 2026 в 19:29:00 # I really like the design of the app — it looks clean and pleasant to use. However, there are a few usability issues that make tracking reading a bit inconvenient.
After finishing a reading session, you can’t immediately enter how many pages you’ve read. As a result, the app records two separate sessions: one with time and another with the number of pages. It would be much better to enter the page count right after the timer ends and have just one session in the history.
There are also some issues with dates. If you read at night, sessions can end up assigned to different days. And if you add the number of pages for the previous day, the total progress on the main screen doesn’t update.
Another important problem is that time tracking doesn’t work without an internet connection. The app doesn’t show any error when starting a session offline, so I lost several sessions because of this. I think this functionality could work fully offline and then sync with the server once the internet is available.
As additional features, I’d love to see reading speed (total reading time divided by pages read) and an estimate of time to finish a book (remaining pages multiplied by reading speed). It would also be great to have the ability to save quotes and make notes. For paper books, OCR with input fields and the ability to specify the page number would be very useful.
To avoid sounding too negative: I really like this app and genuinely want it to improve. If these issues are fixed, I’ll happily change my rating to 5 stars and recommend it to everyone. Ответить

And thank you for adding the option to rate books with half‑stars! Even Goodreads doesn’t have this feature, and I’ve never understood why — sometimes my rating just wouldn’t be fair without that half‑star!
I do have a few hopeful requests: please, please, please add some reading statistics (like other apps offer), widgets for the home screen showing my current book progress, and an option to save default reading languages.
Right now the app suggests English and Portuguese for me, but I’d love to set English and Russian as my default pair.
Thanks again for the great work — I’m excited to see how the app grows! ✨ Ответить

As a suggestion, we need the ability to log books read into the calendar feature after the fact. I don’t want to log in everyday into another app :) Ответить
