    I followed the instructions on the app and proceeded to checkout. I’ve chosen payment by credit card, added payment details and typed in security code I got from the bank to confirm transaction.
    The app has got frozen for about 15 sec processing my order and then showed me : “Sorry, your order didn’t go through. Please try again or contact customer support.”
    When I checked my credit card balance, I found that the money was withdrawn.
    I contacted customer support by 800-73232, they registered my request and sent me notification by sms. After a few hours I got another sms telling me that they are so glad to inform me that my issue was solved. How they solved it I don’t know, but I didn’t get my money back.
    Ive been calling support all day to get the needed answers but as you might have guessed already all I got: “All lines are busy now…”

    The app itself is full of bugs, it’s not user friendly, they take money from your credit card but the order doesn’t go through. “We’re experiencing technical issues “ - is their official motto. You’ll see it more times then you will actually see the groceries in the app.
    When you try to contact the support, they ask you for order number. But how the hell am I supposed to have one if my “order didn’t go through” It’s not even shown in the app. But my money are gone.

    I don’t understand how such a huge company can have such an awful customer experience. This is absolutely unacceptable. Can’t you guys see real ratings of your app and services? Don’t you want to become better? Obviously you don’t and that’s a shame.

    Of course it is great that they deliver food to your doorstep, but c’mon, it feels that the app was launched and remained in the same condition ever since, with all the glitches remaining.

    Also my problem was with my first order. I applied a coupon, placed an order but after that the total sum in my order details changed back (almost doubled). After placing the order it was 50 aed. In an hour in showed 81 aed (in “my orders” in the app. It that a joke too or what?

    So here we are: your app is not user-friendly AND your support is ignoring your clients AND the delivery guy will be waisting his time because I’m not accepting that order that was supposed to cost me 31 aed less.

An hour later the scheduled delivery slot carrefour calling you and asking to deliver tomorrow. Don’t you know right at the scheduled time that you are already late? Buying prepacked / grocery food is ok but do not buy fresh. In online order, any claim is your own problem, not their problem. They will register a claim and return to you ‘in five days’, but I assure you will have to go to the store to settle.

    Thank you for your offer to write to you. Please be assured that I know how to complaint against individual cases, and how to settle my claims, and I did it for sure. However, those cases do not change the style how Cerrefour delivery works. So please let stores managers read the message and improve everyday work of their staff.

    But some products are sometimes replaced by others if even it is mentioned “substitution is not allowed”. If some items are out of stock don’t deliver what customers don’t expect.

    It happens with milk, some dairy products and bread.
