  - it takes them DAYS to reply to the simplest questions;
  - total mess with stock: they write item is out of stock, only cancel the purchase after several days of following reminders, and the item becomes up for sale again at once;
  - purchased an item on 12.07 only to find out a week (and several email requests) later that the item is “sold out”, had to ask several times to actually cancel the transaction which they did only several days later. Its 31.07, I have no money (“contact your bank we didn’t charge you” - yes you did!), no item (its available for purchase now lol).
