Your plan is disabled and you need to activate it again from zero. No one mobile and digital carriers work the same way, the only Kaktus with absolutely disrespect to their customers. Could you please add attempts for charging or create the opportunity to save data for sometime. Customer service is working probably without quality control, that’s why can say you everything.
