Я в шоке! Надо было сразу полицию вызывать и фиксировать. Ответить

But in the last session cleaner broke the mop and left the apartment uncleaned 1 hour before planned and PAID time due to some emergency as she said.

I asked support to send the new cleaner the same day but they did nothing! It’s been 3rd day already after it happened and there is no response from responsible team while agents in chat only repeatedly saying that “issue was addressed to concerned team” and that’s it!

So now I have uncleaned apartment, broken mop, wasted money, wasted time and spoiled nerves.

Never ever book these guys! Ответить
Sergeysti, 04 февраля 2024 в 08:10:23 # Unprofessional house maids, barely speak English, they could Not understand you, that’s why they will mix everything in your house; doesn’t matter you say, they will answer “Yes” and will do in the same way.

If you decided to pay extra for the balcony cleaning, as I did (yes, there’s an option! that means more cleaning equipment and mops, brushes) they will ask to give them yours :) because they simply haven’t anything.
So, pay and got nothing.

And one more thing. If you want to choose the helper by review and rating it doesn’t matter too. Why?
Because they will send you the lowest rating maid as possible. And you will see it when you open the door. Of course, there are no notifications or any kind of support service.

Think twice before ordering. Ответить

The prices are affordable and it’s better than hospitals as they come to your place and they have such a big range of tests. In February I bought credits to have a weekly cleaning and then they started to deduct my ones from the credits of the app + from my credit card that I cannot remove from the system. So it deduct my money from the bank card automatically without my permission.

Okey, I forgot that.

Now in August I booked a home cleaning and they didn’t come The service team didn’t even answer us and then we postponed the appointment till next day.

And the next day we they were 2 hours late: I booked at 14:00 and they came at 15:54!

And the lady was without the uniform and gloves! When I asked for the gloves she took it out from the bag, showing that she had it.

I cancelled my booking fully because I wasn’t sure if this lady is from Justmop or it was just my neighbour. Ответить
