  The interface is ugly and most user-unfriendly that can be imagined. Being proud of not making clients to queue to check the balance is not that cutting edge as you might think. Welcome to 2018! Adapt or die. Ответить

In 2017, mobile banking is the most important service you could be offering, and you just ignore this completely? And all these passwords - are you serious?! This is just a joke! All our family is switching to another bank because you ignored your consumers’ basic needs! Ответить
