  When paying and Face ID doesn’t recognize a face, the dialogue changes to “use pin”, but when tapping nothing happens (before it let you enter pin obviously) Ответить

  Even worse, they confiscated my entire balance (over 4 million IDR) and rejected my appeal without offering any legal proof, reason, or further investigation. I contacted support multiple times but only got generic replies. They told me my funds won’t be returned and no more explanation will be given.
  This is unacceptable and violates consumer rights. I’ve already filed a complaint with Bank Indonesia and OJK. I hope GoPay responds seriously here and returns my balance. Ответить
