Since i don’t believe an app can help with mental issues. But out of boredom i downloaded it anyway and decided to to give it a try. And i liked it! It was unexpectedly supportive and comfortable to interact with. I’ve gotten a bit introspective and for the second day now i’ve been recording my emotions and thoughts in a journal and it’s helping me understand myself. I’m at the very beginning of this journey but i gave it a try. Ответить
