They have my number and they call me but calls didn’t come to me and they just cancel the order. I was really very hungry and they didn’t understand the problem.l will never order from this app again Ответить

The item was not delivered, no refund was issued, there was no reaction at all. Extremely disappointing service. And there is no option to chat with someone or call someone. Only option is to leave a review for the order but what’s the point of it if no one actually reads them or does anything about them? This is unacceptable. • Ggrrmmh, 16 апреля 2021 в 16:32:53   # Please make the option to specify the delivery address as a point on a map (so, integrate either Google maps or Apple maps to you app). There is a real mess with the addresses in Limassol, especially for the foreigners, and mostly for the houses belonging to residential complexes. I know that if I just put in my official postal address the courier won’t find it, and I don’t like to explain it by phone by counting the left-right turns.
  
  I know you’re trying to minimize your costs but to take fees from clients for paying by a credit card should be ridiculous in an EU-country in 2017. Ответить

  No option to set a point for address on the map (very easy but not done for many years). There is no button to got to a list of restaurants on the main page, only a back button that sets the language from english back to greek.
  There is not even an option to save the credit card and post it to jcc automatically, you have to type it every single time over and over again. Guys, really, thank you for at least trying, but the app sucks and will be pushed out of business as soon a true food delivery service comes to cyprus, it’s only a matter of time. Ответить
