And there’s plenty other’s bugs in app, you are the worst guys its better for you to change your job from app development to maybe janitor? Will be more helpful for society Ответить

I did contact support and was offered voucher for 9 euro and I just asked them if we could cancel order since I need to go soon, I was told that is impossible. I said ok.
  
  Today I did try to use voucher and couldn’t not find it. Contacted support and was told that I ve rejected voucher and it was not issue. I did say that I rejected nothing, I just asked for option to cancel. They made me think that it was my fault.
  So they let me down once with super late inconvenient delivery and second time they made me feel embarrass to ask voucher THAT THEY PROMISED.
  
  Company with zero level customer service and customer loyalty who treats customers as garbage. Ответить
