I accidentally pressed this button and my chat with the customer was irrevocably deleted! This is terrible! Fix it as a matter of urgency! Add at least confirmation of the action whether I really want to complain about spam, you cannot delete chat like this with one click, people are not robots and can click the wrong way! Ответить

I have over 80 reviews from different buyers, seller pay about 20% percent of the order to fiverr and also for commercial. But in the last month i faced a disgusting attitude towards my problem, first is that they blocked my account, I registrated account when I was in Russia, but now I live in Georgia. They don’t search your location, first they blocked account and didn’t inform me that I need to provide information. They didn’t give me time, I send as soon as I received email that I blocked. But I waited updates from support team for a WEEK. That’s crazy, as I lost customers that wanted orders from me. Now they blocked my gig, without requesting information to prove that images are mine, did not give an hour or a day to send confirming information, they simply deleted it. That’s sounds crazy. The most interesting is that as I provided information and have on site chat with the buyers and long process chat with revision, detailed chat, and that’s not enough. They want from me files from 3ds max that was more than 6 month. Did I know that they can delete my gig or that I need to save every project that takes 10-14 gb every project. Also support don’t have any knowledge about specifics of my work, they didn’t check my files from program that I use, they wrote that they need files to prove from photoshop or illustrator, you know. But I work on 3ds max and I wrote detailed message and attached all necessary files. Horrible support and platform ever. I think I will go to the other platform where company team interested in solvin seller problems. Ответить

1. Withdrawals. You’re bad at them. Add more options because Payoneer is a mess and PayPal doesn’t work for many countries. What I suggest is a direct payout to bank accounts.
2. Order page. You got a great chat but it doesn’t work so great at the order page, refreshing it every time waiting for a message isn’t cool.
3. Files. For some reason I can’t preview most files buyers send me including PDF, PY, PHP, add at least PDF because many buyers send their TA in PDF.
4. Currencies. Well, I can change my account balance to be in € but I still can only withdraw $ and charge in $ too.
5. Delivery system. It’s not cool that buyers have so little time to leave me a review, sometimes people just go away for like a week and during that time the order gets completed and when they return they cannot leave me a review though they want to. Add some more time for that.
6. Calls. Some buyers would rather explain what they want by calling me because it turns out to be a lot faster and efficient. Consider adding a feature for calls or audio messages at least. Ответить

Also there is no attachments in requests, adding them might be helpful too. Ответить
