No questions to the bank but rather to their app. First and foremost, ATM/branch locator is useless. Secondly, lack of virtual cards is a nonsense nowadays. And one last major thing - you can’t use the app on your other phone - it can be linked to a single device. Ranked with four stars (though it’s rather three), and hope some improvements will be implemented soon. Ответить

    UPD: I change my review to 1 star, because the app lacks functions compared to the old version and you just can’t go back.

    - No support
    - Support doesn’t know how to support because the reason of failure is unknown for them
    - No clear information on the transactions
    - Lags in representation of the information
    - Randomly working or not working functions, one day you can do the transaction next day it is not available
    - Not intuitive

    Hope one day you will find the way how to make it better for the customers!

    The application is generally terrible, nothing works fine, solid bugs.
    People who give 5 stars to this application, do you even know how a bank should work in the 21st century? At least get to know Revolut Bank, I hope it will appear here someday.

    Today I received a new card and the app shows that I have to pay smth with deadline 2 days ago….i can’t understand how can this app pass internal Q&A tests ‍♂️

    They advise to activate newly received card in the app - but such option is not even there, or it says “you are not eligible for this service”. So you are eligible to get a card but not to activate it in the app as requested on card’s sticker. And that’s just one example.

    3. As the customer I am expecting update of the same bank app but not to have double NBD app on my phone.
    4. logins and password from old app do not work I have to redo all again and again ..

    Your programmers are stupid and never test the system before. Highly do not recommend to change old app to the new one. And push your team to check “user friendly” for all stages of the create program.
