Приходит сообщение из El-Al, что изменилось воздушное судно, поэтому нужно выбрать новые места. Переходу по ссылке. Пишут, что для выбора новых мест нужно все-таки звонить в авиакомпанию. Звоню. Для выбора английского языка нажимаю соответствующую клавишу. Отвечают на иврите. Ничего не понимаю. Пытаюсь связаться через чат. Отвечает бот. На просьбу позвать человека делает вид, что не понимает… Круг замкнулся. Новые места у аварийного выхода выбрать невозможно. Короче, авиакомпании есть над чем работать… Ответить

Following an unfortunate flight cancellation, I found myself faced with unexpected out-of-pocket expenses and a ruined workday. I reached out to El Al customer service through the app, expecting a swift and adequate response. I was promised a response within a troubling 21-day timeframe – a period I reluctantly accepted, hoping for a positive resolution.

However, even after committing to this extended timeframe, I have yet to receive a response from El Als customer relations team. It is deeply disappointing to find that a leading airline does not only fail to meet their obligations but also falls short on their promises of customer service.

This experience reflects poorly on the app, which appears to be merely a front without any real substance in terms of customer care and responsiveness. I sincerely hope my experience will serve as a warning to other passengers.

In the world where prompt customer service is not a luxury but a requirement, it is disappointing to see such a lackadaisical approach. I urge El Al to improve their customer service response times and ensure that their promises are kept, to maintain their credibility and the trust of their passengers.

My rating for the app is reflective of my experience – one star.
