Откорней докончиков, 20 марта 2020 в 16:54:16 # Download app, trying to add my credit card. 12€ was taken immediately so i cancel everything write to support and closed the app.

Two days later they sent me e-mail that 8 still use their bike. They didn’t cancel anything and take another 10€ from my card.

Support doesn’t answer for three days already

I didn’t even touch their bikes and pay 22€ Ответить

1. No history about the ride and finances in the app - in case you don’t agree with something, you have nothing to show.
2. No ability to edit your payment method - if they will start to charge, they may not stop till balance became zero.

When I am trying to stop this ride or to switch to another bike the app tries to lock the current bike (which doesn’t exist). The ride is active for almost 2 hours. The support doesn’t answer me. But they are charging money from my bank account. Ответить
