  As a foreign user, I discovered that it is practically impossible to fully use the service. To complete transactions, I was instructed to upgrade to Premium. However, it was not clearly stated in advance that Premium verification requires an Indonesian ID (KTP/SIM).
  
  I paid for the upgrade, only to find out afterward that I cannot complete the verification process because I only have a foreign passport. As a result, my money was deducted, but I am unable to use the Premium features.
  
  Customer support has been unhelpful. Responses are mostly automated or template-based, and agents repeatedly close the chat if you do not respond immediately. Each time, you have to start explaining the issue from the beginning. This process is extremely time-consuming and frustrating.
  
  In the end:
  – Transactions cannot be completed
  – Refunding deducted funds is very difficult
  – Support does not properly address the actual issue
  
  The conditions are not transparent for foreign users, and the overall experience feels inefficient and poorly handled.
  
  I hope the developers improve transparency regarding verification requirements and significantly enhance customer support quality. Ответить
