  I gave them a second chance.
  
  Second time, they didn’t bother to clean my dress. Just ironed it and send it back to me like this.
  
  My complaints about it were ignored for 2 weeks. I’ve sent a few mails and messages to their phone numbers.
  
  Looks like scam to me!
  
  Can’t recommend this company. Very disappointed. It’s not only about money, it’s about my time wasted and experience as a customer. Ответить
• Wanderer above the sea of fog, 21 июня 2025 в 12:32:47   # I was silly enough to take a risk of letting an expensive suit to be cared by this provider even after I had read previous negative reviews. They have completely ruined my suit! Upon the request “just press” I received my suit 2 days later (with a million annoying messages that the driver is on the way, etc) covered with spots (it happens when the dirty water from tap is used for steaming) and ugly creases on trousers that I didn’t ask about. They didn’t care to ask if i needed it (which is obviously not, as there were no creases when I gave it to then), so they just decided by themselves. After I told that was my last day in Riyadh the customer service even does not bother to reply. Ответить
