Because you can’t call them back all time any problems, or no answering or disconnection during the call and you try again and again. Support answering once 2-3 days and after again weekends! My money blocked in bank, my transfers blocked! I don’t know even how to back my money or transfer additional sums. They asking to come in bank but friends, I’m in 10000km from you. Really I need to fligh to solve easy question with bank! Don’t recommend that bank especially for German citizens. I’m so upset

The reason of the bug - the app uses separator as per iPhone settings but can recognize only full stop (.) as the separator. Western world uses comma, so the app goes crazy and doesn’t work.

To developers: it is very unprofessional to release a bank application without proper tests. It is not a game application, it’s about money where everything should be precise. Ответить
