• Ооололол, 05 февраля 2024 в 23:40:10   # 2 weeks after I checked out from apartments, Blueground sent to airbnb a complain that I have stolen lamp, glasses and some other staff. They wanted to charge me 160 euro. AirBNB has taken my side, because I had photos which prove that Blueground is lying. I wanted to leave a negative review about Blueground, but it’s not possible. These scammers sent a report exactly 2 weeks after check out, because on airbnb users can’t leave a review if 14 days passed. That’s why I leave a review here. Want to alert people: Blueground is scam! Ответить
• Tanan2tanan, 04 февраля 2024 в 06:39:50   # During my checkout an accountant Kutay sent me an email approving with me 1486TL of deposit deduction, but when I saw a transaction statement I saw additional 3540 TL for the little dots and lines on the walls that could be cleaned with a sponge. I consider that kind of customer care as unacceptable and I strongly DONT recommend Blueground in Turkey at least. Airbnb is better even though it’s harder to find a suitable option there sometimes Ответить

Cause of that our computer, iPad, clothes that we needed to go for a business trip were flooded, I got ill because of cold water. Then multiple incompetent uncoordinated tech teams came wasting our time, knowing nothing about the situation and what they were supposed to do. Teams were coming too early or too late, never on time, not knowing about what the previous team has done. Support was loosing out videos and our messages with important information. After all, the support agent said it’s all properly fixed and the compensation is a miserable 1%. That’s how this company values clients. Ответить
