1. you can’t re-open accidentally closed ticket that you’ve bought, even though it is active no matter what app says
2. I recently solved this problem by doing a screenshot with ticket, but now qr code can’t be screened and there is a blank space

Even time tables are more exact in telling when NOT to expect busses/trams. And I’m not even focusing on constant mapping lags like back from 2000s and longer than flight from Japan to USA loading times. Literally no reason to use this app, unless pain and absence of any features is important for you. Awful, terrible, useless Ответить

I thought that “maybe something wrong?” and complained transaction for the second time. Ticket didn’t appear again. When I checked transaction history I’ve been charged two times! And it is a new bug, cause previous versions of the app showed bought tickets. And a previous SMS service don’t charge you if you try to buy the second ticket after a few seconds. Ответить
