However, the membership’s payment is ENORMOUS, it’s too much for an app! I could continue using Balance, membership is ok for me, but I should give it up ‘cause it doesn’t worth its price. Ответить

В настройках приложения через само приложение и через профиль в appleID нет возможности отписаться, только вариант продления подписки. Это не честно по отношению к пользователям. Вы не даете выбора для отписки. Вы лжецы. Человек может удалить приложение но подписку это не отменяет. Хочу отписаться, но нет возможности. Я не готов платить такую цену за не нужное мне приложение. You can choose the goal for your meditation and the app helps you to achieve. I happy to use it every day, I suppose the app helps to improve my quality of sleep, and helps to relax me if I need it. Можно настроить длину медитации, выбрать голос, перед каждой практикой отвечаешь на пару вопросов, так приложение лучше подстраивается под твой запрос.
Приложением пользоваться удобно и приятно. Все сделано просто, красиво, интуитивно понятно.
Все на английском.

Сейчас оно рассчитано исключительно для новичков. Но хочется иметь возможность просто медитировать без сопровождения и с гибким таймером и использовать для этого ваше приложение. Ответить

Ironic how an app to manage my anxiety disturbs me during work or sleep or when I’m out on a date innit? Ответить

Balance’s “1 year for the free” offer was one of my biggest summer gifts! Your idea of making 10 session plans is great! It helped me a lot to get along with myself and be introduced to what meditation is!

Nevertheless, I have several improvements that I’m looking forward to!

The first one is the possibility of creating your own combined meditation. Let’s assume I wanna do Positivity, Motivation and Energize one after another, so I enter the combined meditation tab and choose these from the list of all possible singles. As for now, I should exit from my “meditating” state of the mind to turn on the next single, then I again “take one deep breath... and another one... and one more”:) So I lose this outstanding feeling of being aware of the world around me while switching the meditations. Combined one should solve this little problem ✌️

The second wish is to add more information about each skill and the ways I can practice them during the self-guided meditation. Now we have only singles, that involve practising each skill, but maybe you could add some text information for those who are trying to improve it beyond your singles!

Это не первый раз как я пытаюсь ввести медитацию в свой повседневный ритм, но часто срываюсь не осознавая, что мне делать дальше. Надеюсь с этой программой у меня получится наконец пробить плато и начать заниматься на постоянной основе. Плюс всем нам нравится система ачивок) Ответить

Пыталась раньше заниматься с Headspace, но не пошло, а с Balance пока занимаемся по три минуты и все отлично, мне очень нравится и техника, и голос озвучки. Ответить

Warm voice of the teacher is a big advantage of practicing meditation with this app (with a notable exception for Goenka’s voice ofc).
