  At pickup, the car had a full tank, but the app showed around 70%. I acted in good faith and paid the owner the fuel difference immediately. After that, the platform made several contradictory balance adjustments: first crediting money, then reversing it, then applying additional deductions without any clear or transparent calculation.
  The most frustrating part is not even the amount itself, but the fact that support keeps giving inconsistent answers — first saying I would be refunded, then saying I would not, while never providing a proper breakdown of the transactions. Ответить

My rented car with extra insurance option was hit on the parking slot while I am away. I was held with deposited, charged extra, and blocked at the service until the owner repair the car. The problem is that the car is old and owner was not going to repair anything, so it is already 4 months as I am still blocked. Be careful at using it, mind that extra insurance makes not much sense.
