Some pages are not showing at all, just blank pages, and even those pages that shows, blurs out and breaks with every next flip of pages! And all of that bugs appears not only in rented books, but even in built-in Adobe DE instruction itself! Awfully useless buggy software! Ответить

It’s a necessary technology, that obviously has a future, but it needs DEVELOPMENT. Ответить
Andrey osadchenko, 25 декабря 2020 в 20:00:24 # I only downloaded it so I could read French books on it (I live outside of EU and managed to find just one site that would accept my credit card to purchase books in French and the site required the reader specifically).

I’m not even going to mention all of the reader’s faults - there’s simply too many of them. Anything you could imagine to be wrong with a reader, it’s on the list.

I’ve finally had it when one morning it just refused to open a book I was almost done reading. I re-installed it but to no avail. Now it just crashes every time I want to open any books I’ve purchased.

I have never come across such a poor job. I would literally use ANY OTHER reader than this if I had an option. Ответить

I have this app installed on iPad Pro 2020 and iPhone XS Max 2019.

I’ve been reading, making notes, highlights and bookmarks on iPhone.

Despite it is not the most comfortable reading app, it is OK.

There are issues with scaling, when highlights and notes only work at 100% scale which makes it hard to read large texts.

And there is no way to change the text size (seriously?!?)

Now, the ugly part...

When I open on iPhone these are the issues:
1/ i see 3 (!) copies of the same book in my Library
2/ none of the 3 copies contains neither my notes, or highlights, nor bookmarks.

My question: WHF?!?

I would’ve not used this app if my school didn’t insist on reading the book on this (poorly developer) app.

I would not willingly recommend it to anyone!

Не для всех вариантов можно найти альтернативу - единственное, что заставляет пользоваться. Никому не рекомендую при наличии альтернативы. Ответить
Tanamu, 31 октября 2018 в 22:58:31 # Extremely poor quality. Reader is just the worse I’ve ever seen: can’t zoom pdf properly on phone, can’t scroll properly, even landscape doesn’t work properly and shrinks the content.
The macOS reader is a little better, but still stupidly slow. Have no idea how anyone can use this software. Ответить
