    i can’t cancel it in the app. FAQ suggest try it in the website - but there is no such button on the website. and support just doesn’t reply to messages

    cancel my subscription!

I did not take a screenshot of it because it said the offer would be saved to my account, though for reasons unknown there’s no code saved to my account and since I do not have a screenshot of the code I’m unable to use it. Had issues with delivery guys almost religiously - most of them couldn’t understand very detailed instructions for finding my apartment and that often made them mad, even if I was in the right of not being content with how they provide the service. That was definitely not the problem with how the directions were written, because other services and courriers found them pretty straightforward and never got lost.
    But what was the last straw is that this week I got robbed. The delivery guy bringing my order first had made some weird movements on the map which led to delivery time being postponed, but then, while being 5 minutes away pressed that he already delivered the order without even contacting me. I tried to do something through app’s order help first, but it stated that they’re very sorry but can’t do anything about it. Then, I called the customer service, which was a nightmare. They tried to convince me that the delivery guy was waiting for me for a while and then left. I was looking at the map, following my order progress - so I would have never missed it. And even if some of them don’t understand the directions, they call. This time - no calls. Not even one missed or anything. But I was still denied in getting my money back! It is outright a robbery in a broad daylight. Disgusting and outrageous service without a tinge of respect to its loyal customers. Never going to use it again.

After that, I found out that the discount code for the first order no longer works, although I didn’t actually place the order. And the epilogue: I tapped the Help button on the order page, but faced an empty white page without any contacts. Thanks anyway, for saving money, but not a time. Ответить

    It’s been a while, I received my order that was absolutely disgusting. I wrote directly to Deliveroo customer service asking for a refund, since then - no news.
    If you’re not so likely to refund, then why have you even bothered creating your CS?!
    I really prefer Uber Eats, never had any issue with them.

    Апдейт. Повторил заказ на следующий день. Жду доставку два часа. За два часа можно весь город обойти

    Что не нравится: находясь в Голландии далеко не все меню есть на английском языке, много чего только на голландском. У убера как раз с этим лучше

And we lost 50€, because she made a mistake of her phone number. They tried to call her, they didn’t try to call to her apartment in the residence. And the delivery guy was waiting about 10 min and after he just left with our pizzas! We were so angry and hungry at the same time.
    We will never order again

    Unless you notice the mistake, it can take forever to get your order OR you won’t get it at all - the staff is telling lies at all levels: the driver can lie that he delivered the food and it wasn’t accepted, the call center will lie that you would get your order in exactly 3 minutes (and then you’re not getting it even after 20).

    Sometimes it works fine, but sometimes it will ruin your meal or your party.

He just left for no reason after being around my flat for 5 minutes without delivering my food to me. I requested for a refund because there is now way that I thought that something is wrong with my order as no one called me, but useless Deliveroo Customer Service said that they are not issuing refunds to customers when it is the case when drivers just don’t deliver food providing no reason. They sent to me sooner other small pizza without additional. Trying to chat with support I’ve got 2,5 euro credit for the next order but no refund. Feeling ripped off. Not going to use this app ever.
