First before recommend it to the Company vessels and implement it on our fleet we are looking/trying different soft.
  This time I was about to check the subscription prices, software itself etc. from Wartsila when it is not a Transas anymore and see how the name changing the products, let’s say.
  I downloaded app and wrote to Support Sales Team.
  First of all the reply was taking one week almost. At second the reply was: “ This is a commercial product for registered professional users.
  You are not our user at this moment and before we discuss registration issues, let us know for what purposes and where you plan to use our app. “
  
  On this stage I know already enough about the service. If it is starts like that then I see no way to trust it in future. Before guys you wanna sail your “commercial product” the best is to find “professional” sailers…. Ответить
