  Don’t except to receive your delivery on time, especially if your ordering something for some specific date/occasion. They’ve failed me three times, rescheduling my orders that were in the active status (aka being delivered by a courier). Imagine you sit at home waiting for delivery in the time period you’ve selected. You suddenly get a text message saying, “your delivery failed, please contact support”. You’re not getting an explanation of why, and you haven’t even been contacted by a courier to check about your delivery — they just decided to cancel the delivery altogether. This happened to me several times now. Another time I was expecting a courier and saw via the app that they are nearby, so I started to get ready to greet them outside. When I went outside, I saw that the courier just drove past my house. In a few minutes, they cancelled my order. The support suggested to reschedule for tomorrow. Also, the app once just randomly changed the delivery address from mine to some other address. And the support was unable to change it for some reason, they suggested rescheduling the delivery (and then cancelled it). Not all sections are translated into English, be careful about that as well. I just don’t understand how you can be good visually and SO poor logistically and communication-wise. This is my first ever critical review of an app, I really just feel like I should be compensated for all the time I’ve lost because of all those reschedules and poor communication. Ответить

  Часто просто зависает.
  
  При нажатии кнопки «назад» вы возвращаетесь не в категорию, в которой были а в главную страницу каталога.
  
  Категории сделаны тоже не удобно, невозможно найти нужные товары, тк заходя в каждую категорию и возвращаясь назад - вы попадаете не назад, а на главную.
  
  Ещё постоянно сбрасывается логин и приложение просит войти. Хотя я не выходил из учетной записи Ответить

  2. Buttons “pay” and “Apple Pay” at checkout don’t work for me. Had to order via website in the end. Ответить
